The FR 102 is in the category of tactical, multi-role UAV capable of carrying a large range of equipment. Thanks to its autonomy, its operating radius and its carrying capacity, the FR 102 is much more than an observation UAV dependent on contact. It is a UAV that stands out in its category, at once a «Swiss Army Knife» and a flying freight carrier.
Fitted with appropriate optronic, electronic or radiographic systems (radars, lidars, thermal or infrared cameras, designators, transmitters, retransmitters), it gives the tactical leader the option of having eyes and ears in the entire theatre of action in real time, both day and night. Depending on the equipment with which it is fitted, the FR 102 can:
• Recognize and carry out extended surveillance on a section of terrain, the approaches to sensitive installations, roads, valleys, water courses and particular points

• Acquire and designate an objective

• Carry out accurate drops of loads or packages
